What is the Amazon MP3 Widget?
The Amazon MP3 Widget allows you to
showcase your tracks and sell them directly from any webpage.
Friends and fans can click on your widget to instantly hear a
sample of your music, and then purchase the track directly on Amazon.com. Click
on the sample widget for a test drive!
How do I get a Widget?
1. First, your music must available in the AmazonMP3 store.
SongCast provides this service for you.
2. Once your music shows up on Amazon, you will see
an alert in your SongCast account to retrieve your special Widget code,
which you can then place on your webpage.
What do I do with my Widget?
The object is to place your widget on as
many webpages as possible. This could be your band's website, your MySpace or Blog.
For those artists without a website, SongCast offers FREE web public profiles where you can
place your widget, band photos, post gig dates, and even build a mailing list!
