Lance B Vaughn {Lance ETO} is a 30yr. old black male born and raised on the south side of Chicago IL. He has 20 years of song writing and music production experience. He has worked with the CEO of Will Shynn Records Willie V who has worked with grammy award winning artist Kanye West on production and performances on the local Chicago cable network.
