About Dan Jones

Autistic YouTuber, Author, Mind Coach and Psychological Therapies Trainer Dan Jones has over 20 years experience with hypnotherapy and other psychological therapies. He creates therapeutic bedtime stories for grownups for his Dan Jones Hypnosis YouTube channel, posting new stories each week (all of his sleep stories are to help with anxiety, stress and worry, as well as helping the listener fall asleep and sleep all night) as well as writing about autism, hypnotherapy, psychology, wellbeing and parenting.
Dan Jones started creating bedtime stories initially for children in children's homes 20 years ago to help the children sleep (bedtime was often a difficult time for them), later he progressed to creating bedtime stories for adults and found an audience for these on YouTube. He uses storytelling in his therapeutic work and teaches others how to do the same.
Dan's sleep stories for grownups are like deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditations or deep relaxation stories designed to help calm an overactive mind, to help you let go of thoughts and worries, while helping you to sleep fast, sleep well and sleep all night.
Dan's sleep stories for grownups shouldn't be listened to at times when your attention is required elsewhere, for example, if you are driving or operating machinery or doing tasks that require your attention. They can be used for relaxation, like using them for meditation or for taking a nap (it is advisable when taking a nap, that this is for no more than about 20 minutes or else you can wake up feeling more tired, so it is best to set an alarm if needed to help wake yourself back up)
