About April Brucker

April Brucker is an actress, ventriloquist, standup comedian, writer, singer, host, and former reality star living in NYC. She and her puppet children have been seen on Rachael Ray, Last Comic Standing 5, My Strange Addiction, The Today Show, Entertainment Tonight, Joy Behar, Anthony Bourdain, Chef Roble, and your street corner begging for change.

April developed her skills as a vocalist by working as a singing telegram delivery person in order to finance her career as a ventriloquist. Her single "Stay" has made the FJS Indie countdown for four weeks in a row, and has been at 5, 3 respectfully and for two weeks in a row remained at number one. In the recording of this track,
April was assisted by Statue of David which is comprised of Cristopher Rodriguez and Paul Alfonso of Woodside, Queens. Both men, first cousins, can regularly be seen in the clubs of NYC playing as a duo.

When April isn't performing ventriloquism or singing, she is writing. This summer, April's ebook, I Came I Saw, I Sang: Adventures of a Singing Telegram Delivery Person, will be available on both Amazon and Kindle.
