Code Ready has been a positive force in Hip Hop since 1995 when he first appeared on the Underground Hip Hop scene in New York City by popping up in Open Mics and battle cyphas until he took his music and The Dead Seeds Movement with him to the United States Marine Corps in 1996. After performing in hundreds of show cases up and down The East Coast for over a Decade he has refined his craft to become the voice of reason in the Hip Hop Community. After his Step Brother Jonathan "Storm" Johnson was murdered as a direct result of the negativity in the Urban Culture he became even more driven to succeed and change the way members of our Hip Hop Culture perceive and treat one another. Now Code Ready is a Global Force for Good not just in the Hip Hop Culture but spanning across all genres of music by intertwining different styles in his music.
