About The Way of Meditation

* These four guided meditations are the condensation of the meditation path to enlightenment. I guide meditators through stages of relaxation, deep breathing, chakra balancing, mindfulness, awareness, self enquiry and eventually coming to rest in the uncontrived natural way of Being - The Way of Meditation. The series of four guided meditations lead the beginner from simple mindfulness and concentration exercises toward the deepest and most profound insights into the nature of awareness.
** I have been studying and practising meditation and Eastern philosophy for over 15 years and between 2001 - 2006 lived in an isolated Buddhist retreat hut in Australia. Since then I have been leading guided meditation classes and workshops on the Sunshine Coast, Australia; teaching the profound wisdom of Buddhist meditation in an easy to understand way. I use ancient and powerful techniques for calming the mind and developing deep insights, translated into a language that modern people can comprehend and easily put into practice.
