| About Beneath Eden | Beneath Eden was created in hampton rds, Va by darren walling. During the first two years, the original name of the group were sin seid. Early february members such as tobius stepped into the role to become the drummer. Matt mckenzie (bass) Jamie (rythm guitar) gary(keyboards) and gregory (vocals) after a year of finding their sound, the band dismembered with a self titled, unfinished demo, leavin only tobius and darren. David rose (bass) bryan (keyboards) and jessica (vocals)stepped in to reinvent their sound to a more melodic metal sound. From 2003-2006, beneath eden plyed over 685 shows across state of VA and had become a living entity. Bryan stepped out of the band as keyboardist, and late june, 2006 darren (founder-guitarist had left eden, leaving the band in ruin. Early in 2008 ''Darren came back - with a full album demo entitled ''the era of human dysfunction, which was a album of all of their accomplishments, musically created over those 5 years. Hungry to re-establish the sound, and though it was tricky (due to darren being in the us army) darren pulled back, jessica, david, tobius and new members such as joey (perc. drums) and keyboardist amber walling (wife.) One more album is being released late this year entitled ''sacred shadows'' which is self recorded mixed and produced by darren walling. Members such as david, toby take the recording, and put forth their ideas of the sound and then conform to the album. months Mid to late 2009 is the reuniting of beneath eden, in which they will for the first time uniformly produce a live album/dvd based of of their previous two albums. This is projected nov, dec of 2009, as well as a east coast tour. |
