About Chez

Chez started her career as a child model in London and then as a teenage model in Adelaide, Australia. It was there she began her career in music singing with local bands. In the late 1970's Chez returned to London and turned her hand to both singing and songwriting, with collaborations with various artist. In 1990 Chez released her first single'Go On Girl' and topped the local radio charts for several weeks. Chez continued to write and record with Shane Mckenzie, John McSkimming and other various singer songwriters.

Chez was managed and encouraged by the late Richard Gillison who also managed Tammy Wynett UK.

Chez went on to co write 'Free the Spirit' with Lou Smith, formerly of the band Freeze and promoted this upbeat dance song, in which it became a favorite the nightclub scene.

Chez continues to write and in 2004 her life story 'For Crying Out Loud' was published, pushing her into a life within the media,with such appearances on 'Loose Lips', The Trisha show in which she was a guest expert on the show, dealing with difficult relationships.

Including various radio shows.

In 2004 Chez moved to the USA and promoted her book. She also started and was the creator of several high profile events in Sarasota Florida, including New Years Eve which now attracts crowds of over 25,000.

Chez now lives and works in Portland Oregon, and continues her work both as a songwriter, author. In late 2010 Chez will launch her own children series of books and merchandise.
