Pickalo is more of a controversial underground musical recording artist, from Alabama. Whose music is more political with what's going on in the world. Which includes himself and his twin brother Papa caesar aka the fuc***g ret**d.Pickalo was born December 21st 1978, at the age of 16 he started going to a studio that's based in Birmingham Alabama, called on track. Later on at the age of 19 he was called upon to sign with the label from Atlanta first chance records. Mr.Caesar now has his own recording label and it's putting out wonderful music.
