About Cole Jonique

Born N Raised in Georgia
Currently a Tennessee resident
Cole started singing before she realized it would turn into a passion she could never leave. First starting out wanting to be an artist- doodling on everything she could, from drawing faces to clothing, which later turn into a love to create thru song and lyrics. The creation and use of everyday life experiences for expressions thru the many songs she has written including her published poetry with “The International Library of Poetry” Cole has a need to be creative.
“My love has always been to write - even if just for myself”... The love of expression thru words and melodies later turned into a love to perform with a gift only few had witnessed at school functions or church as a young lady who was developing into the artist she has now become to this day. Cole writes from real experiences -experienced with the heart and mind. Everyone relates to happiness, hurt, blissful moments and even disappointment. Someone somewhere of all walks of life can relate to the artist that has come to be Cole Jonique. Bold, sassy, simple, complex, yet lovable at all stages of personality. “I’m not sure where music of my writing will take me but I am in for the ride”…~ Cole Jonique
Influenced by Billie Holiday, Sade, Mary J. Blige, Luther Vandross, Patti Labelle, Maxwell Maria Carey, & Whitney Huston just to name a few.
“Creativity is more than imagination and being clever - it is learning to create a story from real emotion and to bring the listener into your world to feel the words you express”
