Precise Recordz LLC and Precise Publishing were founded by Alex Walker(President), Shawn Ruffin(Vice President), and LaTrung Budd(CEO) with offices in Virginia, Florida, and Texas. The marketing and promotions department consist of Jessica Wentworth(Executive Assistant) and Hassan Richmond(A&R and Promotions). With a emphasis on young talent and extreme work ethics, the Precise Recordz roster currently boast Lil Spit, Dex, 2-Kute, Dub Lee, and Skate. Working with a modest team, production and songwriting are created in-house by the artist/producers/songwriters of Precise Recordz. About the artists: Lil Spit, 20, hails from Louisiana and represents a rare breed of artists. With a genuine ear for good music, Lil Spit is an artist, producer, songwriter, and arranger. Lil Spit has versatility which today’s artist need in order to broaden their fan base. With over 1.7 million myspace plays, over 65,000 myspace friends, and 1 million profile views, Lil Spit has shown that he is one of the elite artist of today. Dex is our R&B sensation that resides in Orlando, Florida. Dex comes from a musical family with cousins being part of the Super Producers “The Runners” , Jermaine “Mayne Zayne” Jackson. With a wide range of vocal ability, Dex has a talent of singing any song and make it a hit. Dex has worked with numerous artists throught Florida singing and writing catchy hooks. 2-Kute, the first lady of Precise Recordz, resting place is Louisiana and is very multi-talented. 2-Kute is a songwriter, rapper, and singer making her a triple threat. 2-Kute is featured on “Head Go” and “Hypnotized” produced by Lil Spit. Dub Lee is from Louisiana and is an artist and producer. Pocessing a major focus on production, Dub Lee can also deliver a dynamic flow as showcased on the song “Head Go”. Dub Lee’s production can be heard from the tracks on various artist throughout Louisiana. Skate, 19, abides in Orlando, Florida and has a young creative mind for music. Skate has an unorthodox way of recording, without using a pen or paper. He vibes to the beat and within less than five minutes Skate composes a new hit song for the streets and radio. That talent takes some years to develop and not many artist in the mainstream can develop the skill. Skate has a strong following in the Florida region with various mixtapes circulating in the streets.
