As The Bling Bling era is coming to an end and a new millennium is among us. The world of southern hip-hop is awaiting a new sound and a fresh face behind that sound. With the self proclaimed "SWAGG OF THE SOUTH" on the frontline of Carolina hip-hop, fans will get just that. Carlos Antonio Ellis, aka CINO, was born April 1, 1987 in Charlotte, NC. Cino found an interest in music while being raised in Villa Heights Community, one of the city's most dangerous neighborhoods. Since his early childhood years the young artist has always had a love and a passion for music. He was the lead singer in his Elementary School Graduation; by the age of 15 he started writing original songs for his music catalog. Cino's 2008 release "I AM THE CITY", created a buzz throughout Charlotte and earned him respect from his fellow locals. But with low sales and limited marketing and promotion, the project had no cause and effect on the young artist. In the summer of 2009, he became an executive at SOUTHERN SWAGGA, LLC, an inclusive distribution group, and is promoting a new sound for the new millennium entitled SWAGG MUSIC. Cino's album is in the works and his smash hit single "She Like How I Swagg" puts him in position to invade airwaves across the Carolinas. The young artist has the ability to be one of the biggest sensations of the new millennium and one of the top artists in the South.
