| About Don Brown | There were 1,736 gun crimes in London between April and September, 252 more than in the same period last year. The areas worst affected by gun crime are London’s Afro- Caribbean communities, with increasing numbers of young black British men in deprived communities being sucked into a gun culture. This track was made in response to the large number of youths committing murder on the streets of London. It is a personal statement against gun and knife crime, as stated in the lyrics. “The gun and the knife it no have no mercy”. Violence breeds violence, and love breeds love...choose love. Firstly, love yourself and in loving yourself you will learn to love others. |
