About Sarah Marie

Sarah Marie has traveled extensively performing her original compositions. She has studied music since age 6,receiving multiple honors,and music scholorships. She graduated from the high school music program that The Artist, formerly know as Prince, attended, and played in a state champion Wind Ensemble with Michael Bland who later became Prince's drummer. She has shared the same stage as Michelle Branch and BB King. Sarah's debut release 12 Rounds was produced by acomplished Jazz and R&B pianist,and composer Ruslan Sirota who has performed and recorded with Stanely Clarke, Ne-Yo,Seal, Brian McKnight, Eric Benet,and Diane Warren. 12 Rounds was recorded and mastered in Nashville with top session players. All of the songs were written and arranged by Sarah Marie. If you like Norah Jones, Sarah McLachlan, Sarah Brightman, Natalie Merchant, or Joss Stone ... you will love Sarah Marie.
