| About Lil Rocka | Lil Rocka....Nichelle gets her start in the heart of the Motor City (Detroit Mi.). Coming from a family of 7 and being the youngest, gave her a wide variety of music to listen to. She started out in the church choir at the tender age of 4. From there moving on to Community choirs in the city and eventually moving on to Theater & a Girl's Group by the name of JWUN. Lil Rocka made a BIG move to the city of New Jersey on 2001 to pursue her musical career. This was defintely a BIG move for her coming from such a small city.....but she did it. Since her move she has written songs as well as coached many singing groups. Lil Rocka has sang with Artists such as Joe Cocker,Mario, Monica, RES, Kelis, Nona Hendryx,Taylor Dayne, Kool& the Gang, and the list goes on.......... Lil Rocka comes at ya Raw & Raspy with lyrics from the heart, not just a piece of paper. Her Creativity is Refreshing & New. Her spirit captures You& pulls You in.
