My name is Philip Foy -aka- “Francis Kelly Danuprince”, I was born n raised in the city of Chattanooga, Tennessee. At the age of 14, while attending East Lake Junior High @ the time in, I was introduced 2 a pop group called “New Breed” -a band that was formed by 2 brothers who needed a third lead vocal 2 feel the gap -in fact one of the brothers were the same age as I n the other was @ least 2 years older… In the summer of 1985, we were the first opening act for “rising artists” such as “The Boogie Boys” n “Roxanne” along with other local groups @ the time. After nearly 2 years later; the band split du 2 lack of commitment… I am the 1st cusin 2 singer “R Kelly” -1 of my mother’s oldest brother(uncle Marshall Davis), n a 2nd cusin 2 singer “Usher” -in fact between the ages of 11 n 13, he was part of a 4 member group called “The Happy Clowns” -I was their artist who drew pictures of their faces 2 b used 4 them 2 sign when given 2 their “Fans” n Chattanooga, tennessee n “out of town engagements”… N the meantime, “Usher, a close friend of ours who was in fact the son of a local “Professional Boxxer” @ the time, n I hung out most of the time when he was not traveling. We also spent most of our time learning Prince, Michael n Janet Jackson moves -infact i taught Usher n the Happy Clowns dance moves… After leaving High School n 1988, I continued my career by atteneding modeling schools n Atlanta, Georgia n 1994 until 1996. N 1998, I opened up a modeling school n Murfreesboro, tennessee, n then another n Dallas, Texas n 2003 -both were just 4 a short time. 2day, Im curently impersonating “Prince” -my stage name as “Francis Kelly” -the original birth name that I had @ birth (Francis Dewayne Kelly)for 3 months b4 my dad chaned it to Philip Foy.
