| About frg | FRG was a concept that developed in late 2010, as 4 friends came together to create music. We play all original material, and have developed a unique style that can only be called folk/rhythm/groove. Tania Hannah writes most of the material we play, but all members of the band contribute in the creative process as we jam out ideas to find the songs. What sets us apart from other bands is the versatility and originality that we possess. Each song we play varies in style, structure and rhythm, and the melodies that are created are catchy and fresh. We aim at creating a totally new sound, each week adding brand new ideas and concepts to the music. For the past 8 months FRG has been rehearsing and developing new material, recently playing on the North Coast of NSW thrilling audiences with their original songs and high energy. Their music is a eclectic mix of folk, rhythm, groove - FRG - resulting in an organic blend of styles and sounds. FRG will be releasing their debut album on June 5th, in Kyogle NSW. Already we have quite a large fan base in our local area and the demand to produce a cd has been increasing.We have so much fun playing music together, and ultimately that is what life is about. Enjoying the moment. We know that one day soon we will be able to achieve our dream and start sharing our songs with the world. Misdivine is my solo name, with all the instrumentation on my album being played by myself. I record and produce all the music in my home studio, with the help of my very dedicated family.
