DreDre, born Andrew Langston Neely, is an 18 year old RnB/HipHop/Pop artist on the rise in the DC Metropolitan area. He was born into a military family, as both his parents are now retired Army medical professionals. His love of music started with the love of poetry, Langston Hughes being his namesake. In elementary school he began performing in school plays, in the school choir and in church. While one of the least popular kids in highschool, DreDre continued his love for music and eventually bought his own microphone and equipment and began to record by himself and with other friends around the neighborhood. He is becoming well known in the area. He soon plans to perform at the Jaxx Club in Baltimore. Another young artist chasing a dream, DreDre.
