Teezy, AKA Spiritual, better known as Guy Williams, began rapping at the age of 9 years old. Growing up was a struggle for him but he knew in his heart if he didn’t change his life he could become death itself. He fell in love with rap as soon as he herd tupac, “Dear Mama” he could relate to every thing tupac was rapping about because he was going threw his on problems with his mother being on drugs. While getting into trouble at an early age he relied on his grandfather Allen Tillman and grandmother Maxine Tillman to help him keep his head on straight. His hobbies growing up were playing Basketball and football. It was reported that, he was so good that he never had to pay to play sports of any kind coaches always chip in to help him pay for any dues that was due. Father, Guy Marion Williams has been in prison now for almost 18 years but when his father was locked up he was only 6years old. Having to play the part of mother and father Ms.Latonya Tillman his mother supported him through all his trials and tribulation. At the age of 12 he started to hanging around the wrong crowd doing things like, stealing cars, selling drugs, and hanging around people twice his age Guy knew one day if he didn’t make a change, trouble would catch up with him. After getting out of prison for things like, selling drugs to undercover cop he knew it was time leave his hometown for 20 years Charlotte North Carolina. Guy made the move to ATL were he met Providence Records owner “COACH after hearing him rap gave him the name Spiritual the rest is history.
