Amanda was born, Amanda Jean Keller on March 21st 1989 in Clearwater, Florida, the second of three children. As a very young child, Amanda was first introduced to the art of music by her grandfather, who was an accomplished pianist. He would sit her down next to him as he would play his favorite songs.
