Fernando "Nando" Dominguez III, Son to Elia & Fernando Dominguez II. Born in Pecos Texas and moved to Houston at the early age of two years old. By the age of twelve he had already discovered his vocal talents and joined his father’s band. By sixteen he signed with Inocencia, a Tejano band where he was the lead vocalist under WEA Latin.
