Paul Eisan, a well-known Halifax, Nova Scotia, country-rock musician and songwriter released his third solo album, "Never Too Late" on March 19, 2013. Infusing country and rock, Eisan's album addresses relationships, faith and life changes. Eisan emits powerful vocals that come with only years of experience.
