Régine Garnier hails from the beautiful Caribbean Island of Guadeloupe where she was born. She is the youngest of 11 brothers and sisters who has also come from very humble beginnings. At age 11 she moved to the French capital ofPariswhere she began her high school education. Over the years she became a top student and eventually graduated at the International School Tourism.
