Victor Welland Cowley (Born 14th April 1945) is a South African Singer/Songwriter. His songs can be termed Emotive Rock Ballads with a Bluesy Retro feel and a sprinkling of Folk/Country Rock. Welland’s Songs are what he terms “Dream Songs” often born in dreams.
