I purchased Mental Alchemy II but I am not sure how to use it correctly? Do I listen to just one track, two tracks a set of tracks for specific results or does one listen to to the entire album ? There is no real detail of instruction on how to apply these tracks & what they may be for. Any help or method of instruction on use would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. R.D.
Wow! That's my advice to future customers. Heaven & Earth makes sure you get exactly what you need. I bought both albums online and was hoping for raw audio quality, so I emailed the company and got just what I needed: both albums on one CD in hardcopy WAV format, for free! I have had transcranial magnetic stumulation in the past and these programs are far less invasive, far less expensive, portable, easy, and just about as productive (without the spookiness). ~ Peter Freeman

I don't know if it's something in my diet or a random occurrence, because it's hard to explain how tones have caused what's happening, but when I listen to the lower tracks at night (Mental Alchemy II), I beat my insomnia every time. -Turner; Durango, CO
whoa i bought these albums on amazon and they really work! i didn't know if it would but it was pretty cheap compared to other brainwave albums. check it out! and listen to the third one on low volume cuz it's too loud otherwise. -JT
