Artist Bio

RTO began in the winter of 2007 when the trio of Alexandra Higgins, Mark Bertini, and Neil Goes sat down to write songs together. Their combined respect and admiration for roots music quickly fortified the project culminating 13 songs written in two weeks time. They are currently working with various artists to put out a second cd in 2009.
