William Regan was born in New Orleans, LA, on December 10, 1969. At the age of 3 he began playing the piano, which was of no real surprise, because his parents and each of his 4 older siblings also played the piano, another instrument, and sang in the family ensemble. But by the time William turned 5, unlike his siblings, he became more advanced at the piano and that's when his mother put him in private classical piano lessons.
