Born a military brat but spent many years in Florida, where he started making music seriously. Combining styles from New Orleans, Mississippi and Florida. Snappa was able to build a buzz for himself with his unique style and sound. Influenced early in his childhood by many artist in New Orleans from No Limit and Cash Money. Snappa felt he too could make music people could dance and relate to. In 2005 Snappa linked up with Independent label Greenback Entertainment in Northwest Florida which allowed him to branch out to bigger cities and states. By opening concerts for bigger named artist such as Big Boi, Lil Flip, Lil Boosie, Ace Hood and many more. Approached by different labels such as Universal Records and Slip and Slide, Snappa continues to move independently while waiting for the right deal to present itself. |
