| About Fireness Intense | Blazing furnace. It’s the best way to describe the unfettered energy and style of reggae/dancehall artist Fireness, birth name Mark Henry. Born and raised in Kingston , Jamaica . He had been introduced to singing early in childhood by his older cousin and a dear friend who was an upcoming reggae/dancehall artist. He then learned how to construct verses and hooks. He started out by performing cover songs for his primary school teachers. After leaving primary school the love of music only increased. In high school he began to write his own lyrics. By mid high school, the whole school began to know him as the DJ, that in turn gave him great experience in performance and entertaining at school BBQs and dance. After leaving high school, the pursuit of a music career was like the only thing in sight. Fireness went from one studio to the next recording his own music until migrating to Jamaica , Queens in 2007. He then met a producer who had an upcoming record label who had some dreams and was willing to hear his music. After the first session it was like they knew each other for years. From there he was apart of the Black Millionaire Entertainment family. |
