Throughout her school years she was always one to be involved in talent shows and choirs in the Toronto area. At the age of 22, Tiffie started her own female promotion company Fire Starters Promotions, in which they promoted everything from the small business world such as fashion stores and restaurant to the music business world where they promoted artists, events and often held her own events. During this time is where Tiffie grew more interest in Jamaican pop culture, following queues from dancehall and reggae trends worldwide, but especially in Toronto. In 2009 the young female entrepreneur decided to start jotting her feelings down on paper, with that came a melody and the next thing she knew she was picking up the phone to Diamond Factory Studios (Sunny Diamond). She recorded her first song with the label titled 'Name Brand Status (My own celebrity)". The song touches on confidence and the fact that she doesn’t need to “prove’ herself to get that - name brand status” because she is already her “own celebrity”. She took it upon herself to share it with a few of her friends, and before the track was even mastered it took the streets of Toronto. In 2010 she linked up with Fizzle Productions, where most of her recent recordings have been accomplished. Since that time she has had the chance to collaborate with other Canadian artist such as Faze, Eyesus, Triston Five Star and JUNO winner Exco Levi.
