| About Patriot rebel | Having started life as a couple of friends playing ‘Open mic’ nights in Nottingham in summer 2007, they soon came to realise that they had a talent and ability for song writing and performing. It was after numerous ‘Open Mic’ nights that it was time to find the remaining members to form Patriot Rebel. Many band members came and went, until 2008 when Patriot Rebel first began playing the local ‘scene’. However it wasn’t until 2010 that things really started to take shape for Patriot Rebel with the final line up change. This included the addition of Danny Marsh on Lead Guitar and Will Kirk on Bass Guitar. With an explosive live show, hard working ethos and commitment to the music that they produce, Patriot Rebel have made themselves an established and well known act across the UK. Possessing their truly own unique sound formed by the diverse influences of all five members of the band, this helps them to appeal to a wide spread audience. Displaying the passion and drive they have for the music that they write, Patriot Rebel has gained new fans from every show that they play. Having relentlessly toured across the UK, playing shows and festivals in; Nottingham, Leeds, Birmingham, London, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow and many more, Patriot Rebel are making a huge impact on the underground music scene. Amongst the vast amount of shows that Patriot Rebel have played, in 2012 they played a ‘Sold Out’ show at Nottingham’s famous Rock City venue. In mid-2013 they also headlined the Nottingham Rescue Rooms venue to a packed audience. |
