| About Chinaman Records LLC | Fresh Kid Ice a founding member of the legendary Rap group The 2 Live Crew. He is also the founder of Chinaman Records. His goal is to launch the careers of young upcoming artists, while educating them about the Music Business. He has several Solo Projects. The first was " The Chinaman " in 1992 now on Lil' Joe Records. The second was " Still Nasty " on his own label Chinaman Records was released in 2000 and the third was " Freaky Chinese " released in 2004. In the 80's Fresh Kid Ice created Miami Bass Records along with the Miami Bass Djs. On Miami Bass he released several singles and albums giving young artists a place to be heard. Fresh Kid Ice was always the first to give young talent a chance to expand their craft. You can catch him at an open mic showcase whenever he's around. He found several producers who became hit makers. He also found acts who sold hundreds of thousands of albums and brought them to Luke Records back in the 80's and 90's. On The Freaky Chinese Album he has several features by young artists. Like the now multi platinium artist Flo Rida, years before he was signed to Poe Boy/Atlantic Records. At that time Flo Rida was teamed up with Bred of The Groundhoggz under High Grade Ent. Also on the CD are tracks with Insane Clown Posse, Drill, Big Will, Big Baby and Gritz.
