About Jack Alan Johnson

Jack Alan Johnson, 50 year veteran of music, spent a decade performing on legendary tours such as Joe Cocker’s Mad Dogs and Englishmen. Working in some of the top recording studios, he honed his production skills with greats such as legendary Engineer/Producer Russ Gary, best known for his work with Creedence Clearwater Revival and Steve Marriot of Humble Pie fame.

Jack is a Producer, vocalist, musician, songwriter & current owner of Glen Rose Recording Service. He also has projects in the works with long time mentor and associate, legendary producer engineer Russ Gary who produced Hoo Doo and My Best Days.

Jack is also playing upright bass in the Gospel Bluegrass Band, Pocket Change and Producing his second CD with Prisoners of Worship at Glen Rose Recording Service.

Jack's work is also documented in the Boys From Houston Books, Volumes I, II & III by Vicky Welch Ayo.
