About Baby Low

Baby Low (which is short for Baby Jay Low) was born Joseph Isaac Turner on September 17, 1984 in Oceanside, California where he also grew up. He began to get involved in the hip hop/rap scene when he was entered into a hip hop talent contest. He was then "discovered" by Corrupt Society Records, a small underground rap label. At this time Baby Low was going by the name of Tiny Bamm. He was featured on the Kieth Gottie compilation before label issues motivated him to release his solo album by himself, independently. His solo album, "Tha G Perspective", was released in 2003 and a star was born. His name was later changed to Baby Jay Low (big homie wasn't keepin it real). His career was put on hold when in October 2005 Baby Low was arrested for the murder of Rusty Seau. He waited almost two years before the case was finally dismissed at trial due to insufficient evidence. He was released August 14, 2007. (google "Rusty Seau" for details) Baby Low plans to take the industry by storm with his witty punchlines and catchy hooks.
