| About Shannon Bush | NOTE: Be sure to visit my link above for music yet to come on my next album. Shannon grew up in the electronical music age of the 1980's. He learned to play piano by ear in the first grade but when he was 13, he found a new joy in playing keyboards. It was not long after until the KORG M1 made the scene and Shannon started composing his own music, track for track. Shannon now plays a KORG Triton Extreme and a Fender Strat Squire. Shannon has always had a love for a variety of music styles. Most of his personal compositions have a new age sound with an ambient 1980's pop twist. He has recently began dabbling in techno as well. Shannon does not rely on preset beat patterns or arpeggiated loops as found in most keyboards or music workstations. Each of the instrumental tracks in his compositions are fingered in with the keys in real time recording. Thus adding his own musical signature in every single beat and note in his compositions. Though urged by friends and loved ones to take music lessons, Shannon still to this day declines and chooses to rely on playing "BY EAR" for the keyboards, drums and guitar. Shannon recently found SONG CAST and a cheap easy way to get his music to the public ear without the usual red tape to make and sell an album. Thus releasing his first ever album "SONIC VELOCITY", an album that contains a variety of music styles and ear candy for those who love keyboarded music.
