Swag Family was created by one of the members named Drese, but the team has been ran by the artist Black Casper. The group started in 2006 as "Skull Gang" and was later changed to "Swag Family do to copyright laws. We aren't the typical "i grew up in the hood and now i'm trying to make a way out" type of artists. Although everyone has their own unique story to tell. Our influences are Biggie, Lil Wayne, The Diplomats, Jay-z and that's just to name a few. We are all from different parts of Cleveland Ohio and came together to share the same dream of becoming hip hop artists.. Not because of the money and the fame, but for the love of music. Day in and day out we strive to become better with our craft. There has been rough times where a few has nearly thrown in the towel on their dream but we all manage to stick together and keep our heads up and get down to business.
