| About Duo Ex Machina | Duo Ex Machina is a studio band featuring the lyrics and music of author Narrelle M Harris and music, instruments and arrangements by Joshua King of Golden Hour Studios. Guest vocalists include Jenni Powell, Lalida and Lois Mamet. DEM's songs come from Narrelle's books, including her five "Duo Ex Machina" novellas, featuring bandmates/boyfriends, Milo and Frank, their muso friends and their unwanted encounters with crime; her rock 'n' roll vampire novel, Kitty and Cadaver, and lyrics inspired by her long time love of the Sherlock Holmes/Dr John Watson stories.
