About Rob Sky

Sky was born in New York City and moved to Miami at the age of 16. His love of music was evident from the start, he would round up all the kids at family gatherings and put together a band and perform a concert for all the adults. In high school, he became the leader of the school's choir as well as arranging the music. In late 2009, Sky was introduced by a friend to Matthew J. Kurz (MJK). What started out as friends ended up becoming a powerhouse duo of music writing and production. Sky & MJK have written for Lady GaGa, Ke$ha, and Estelle just to name a few. Sky is currently working on writing for other artists while recording his debut album (produced by MJK) and continuing to pursue his own artistry. There's much more to come from Sky; We're sure of it.
