| About Laura May & Company | Laura May, 18 year of age, singer song writer from Luton. Laura was watching the news seeing the boys being brought back in through Wootten Bassett. She was upset so went up to her room and began writing the next thing we knew she had a tribute song for the boys that give their lives. It was then decided that this song would be used to raise money for Help for Hero's a charity that works on helping injured soldiers get their lives back. ALL MONEY FROM THE SALE OF THIS SINGLE WILL GO TO HELP FOR HERO'S Laura wanted to give this song a new sound and decided to look for like minded people to help her form a band. Songwriter/ Singer Laura May is 18years of age, she has been writing music for the last 4 years and performing for the last year and a half. She lauched her debut album last July, Butterflies and toured local pubs and clubs promoting her work. Laura is a child in care and wants to inspire others that no matter where you start from you can make something good of your life with just a little hard work. Lead Guitar Paul has been playing and teaching the guitar for over 20 years. In that time he has played in some top bands including Queen and Bon Jovi tribute bands and has gained reviews as one of the top guitarists around. Currently he is playing October Rose and is producing many local acts. He has been teaching guitar for the last ten years and moved to London 6 months ago from Lancaster looking for a new life. Drums Chris Lowe origanaly from the Isle of Man but now living in Stevenage is 34. A versatile drummer, Chris has recorded classic albums, appeared in the west end and also in front of over 10,000 people with one of Germanys top rock guitarists. His work on cruise ships has taken him all aroung the world. |
