Bill started his career as a trombonist in Hollywood (1968)with the help of the great players like, Dick Nash, Lloyd Ulyate, Dick Noel, Hoyt Bohannon, Joe Howard and George Roberts to name a few.

He played on Movies such as Godfather II, Jaws II, MacArthur, Homeard Bound I & II, Honey I Blew up the Kid, Miracle on 34th Street, Baby's Day Out, The Boy That Could Fly, Rollercoaster, Presidio and many others. His TV playing credits include: Hawaii Five-O, Bonanza, Little House on the Prairie, Kojack, The Incredible Hulk,Knight Rider, Scooby-Doo, Quincy M.E., Dallas and many more.

During these years he also played with people like Sinatra, Streisand,The New York Ballet, Glendale Symphony Orchestra and other various genres of groups and music.

Seven years into his playing career eminent composers, such as David Rose (Little House/ Bonanza, Lalo Schifrin (Mission Impossible/ Mannix), Morton Stevens (Hawaii Five-O), John Addison (Centennial/Murder She Wrote)encouraged Bill to continue his career as a composer. Over the next seven years Bill wrote nearly 100 episodes of music for such shows as Quincy M.E., The Fall Guy, Buck Rogers, B J & the Bear, Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo, Hawaii Five-0 and more.

Bill's next venture was as a producer where for five years he was executive producer for Bullwinkle's Inc. Writing many scripts and all of the music, Bill eventually compiled over 50 songs, 100 scripts and used the original cartoon voices of Bill Scott(Bullwinkle, Dudley Do-Right) and June Foray (Rocky and Natasha).

These productions ultimately never got off the ground and Bill transplanted himself to Atlanta, Georgia where he did some production i.e. Miss World Music Director 1991, The Atlanta Paralympic Games 1994 Music Directo and also co-wrote and played on three albums for a group called Spiritual To The Bone.

Ultimately, Bill migrated to Australia in 2003 where he truly felt at "home" for the first time in his life. He spends his time, writing for most every genre, producing, recording new CD's as a player and composer, Artist in Residence's at schools,Authoring books, motivational presentations and enjoying life to the max!
