A.J.E: ALL JESUS EVERYTHING
Biography
Chiteu “AJE” (pronounced as Age) Liteta, also known as Nonparallel, was born in Lusaka, Zambia and grew up in Gaborone, Botswana. When he was 13 years old, a neighborhood friend of his shared a Snoop Dogg tape with him and that experience chartered him to start writing his own songs.
When Chiteu was 14 years old he took part in a local rap contest called the ‘The Sprite Rap Activity Show’. In 2002, while he was doing his second last year of senior secondary school, he met another hip hop head by the name of ‘Brain’ who later changed his name to B-Reign. Along with a few other individuals, the two formed a rap group and dropped a single on a well known local radio station and caught the attention of other local devotees of rap music. A few years later, he also took part in another rap contest called ‘Emcee Africa’.
In 2007, Chiteu got saved and his whole life changed. After a year of dabbling in both secular and holy hip hop, Chiteu finally decided to focus his message solely on the saving grace of God through Christ. Towards the end of 2009, he became part of Believers Loveworld Incorporated (Christ Embassy), a Christian ministry pastored by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.
Chiteu currently resides in Gaborone and is working on his first album to be released in 2013.
(A.J.E is an acronym for ALL JESUS EVERYTHING)
