Having played in a number of Inland Empire bands over the years which spanned the genres of metal, experimental and punk-rock, Daniel has spent the better part of the last decade consistently writing music for various styles of the guitar. Within the last 3 years, however, he has been returning to his soulful roots of the 6-stringed instrument that had him finger picking away at his first guitar; the way of the singer/songwriter. Having limited time to record and on a very short budget, he spent 2 14-hour days in January of 2009 laying down his first solo EP, appropriately titled the "Just Me EP", which is on both iTunes and AmazonMP3. With his fan base growing by the day on both MySpace and YouTube, Daniel is still churning out new material for his fans, and is in the process of recording his first solo full-length album entitled "Know Where Your Heart Lies", in which his writing spans from topics about his past relationship with an alcoholic, , the loss of an old friend, even a personal account from his wife on his time away on tour. With so much of himself willingly going into his writing, it's safe to say that his passion for the style he so loves is shining strongly through his music.
