Paint My Wall (feat. Insatiable)

‘’ Creativity is my soul, lyrics are my voice, poetry is my heart, and music is my life “, says the upcoming Hip Hop artist Malevolence. Born Daryl Anthony Davis to L.J. and Geneva Davis. Born and raised in, Indianapolis Indiana Daryl grew up in a talented household with six step-brothers and sisters. Idolizing Michael Jackson he began dancing, singing, and writing poetry. It was at the tender age of eight when he was published in a small news publication that his writing talent was realized.
Although Daryl kept his love for poetry hidden for several years he never stopped writing. The first rap to ever escape his lips came at the budding age of ten; Forever wanting to be a singer Daryl never embraced his talent for rap. Known in his school for his singing, dancing and his uncanny talent to “act a fool” he kept on writing. Singing was the only thing that made him truly happy.
With the struggle of trying to make it out of Indianapolis proving difficult he decided he had to make it to California. Just twenty days after getting his high school diploma, Daryl decided to join the United States Navy. After singing for a friend he was told that his rap skills would serve him better than singing, and with that… His persona and his style changed. After a long nineteen year journey the twenty nine year-old lyricist had completed his first album. He went by the name of Malevolence. In the spring of 2009 Daryl finally released his first album Chrysalis on his own label Circle City Entertainment. That label was reinvented as Dig That Entertainment a company that provides Music, writing, promotion and photography. Dig That Entertainment promises to protect and preserve the past as we pioneer the future. Influenced by Scarface, Mystikal, Twista, Bone thugs in Harmony and Eminem, Malevolence has a style that will intrigue the skeptical and spark the curiosity of everyone in the Hip Hop community.
