Nxt Of Kiin is a singer/songwriter from Johannesburg South Africa, he started writing and singing at the age of fourteen. He wrote and co-produced ‘stay'' with Ernie smith which made it into the top 10 unsigned on a top national radio station(Metro FM).N.O.K also produced and featured on Nash king’s ‘miss right'' which also made top 10 on Y FM and was voted song of the week.

Having had the pleasure of listening to his yet to be released debut album ‘Love and Music’ I found this project to be refreshing, well produced and of international standards. Nxt Of Kiin also formally known as Malik Songs is a sell taught pianist, singer/songwriter, producer and an amazing vocalist. His debut single ‘League of my own’ is a song that was inspired by the great Mohammed Ali and it speaks of triumph over trials and tribulations. This song is a soundtrack of the roads I have travelled, the people I have met and the space that I am currently in, explains Nxt Of Kiin.

‘League of my own’ has been well received both locally and international on the internet. The single features the talents of local artists like Skirtz and Dsyne, who each bring their own unique elements to this hit track. Fans can expect the release of the full studio album later on this year.

This album has been years in the making and has taken me to the UK where I spent 4 years writing, giging and recording. I was blessed to have met and worked with some of the most amazing musician on my travels namely, Chris Harley A.K.A Chris Rainbow(K.T Tunstall,Alan Parsons project,Mylo,River detectives ,Runrig).Locally I have worked with some of South africas most talented producers e.g. Ziggy(David Gresham records)Kurt Meyer(Purple carrot Productions)Ernie Smith, Faceless(finetunes Productions) Howard Combrink to name a few.

From what I have heard, Love and Music is going to be an album worth waiting for.
