SheKnow daughter of Helen Grant and Nicolas Burroughs raised in New Jerusalem (NJ) the seventh born from her mother (T.I.P) who was the pillar of her strength. Fourth Born of her father (T.I,P) . Both of her parents have made their transition in her earlier years but her love and passion kept her moving strong towards her dream of becoming a famous writer/muscian. Sheknow began rhyming when she was eleven years old. Calling herself Tiny Love as she developed her talents and self into the multi-talented “She-Know”.
Inspired by: India Arie, Michael Jackson, Rakim, Nas, and Floetry… SheKnow has branded her own flair of conscious music. Sexy and smart are the keywords to describe the voluptuous, 4’11 music powerhouse. Self taught beat maker by way of Akai MPC , Korg Triton, and the Djembe African Drum. Sheknow has wriiten and filmed a movie called ‘My grandma Gangsta”(2011), released a Mix CD entitled; “Boss Lady”(2003) with guest appearances from NJ natives Naughy by Nature,…opened up for Jewel Santana and performed on the Grammy Award winning Movie score and soundtrack of “ The Wrestler” (2009).and has guest appeared on over dozens of songs.
