The A-MC's (known as African Mic Controllers) is a Sudanese Hip-Hop group formed in late 2007 by Festo Amanamoi (E-Billa), Peter Jadaeile (Malesh or P), Robert Latar (R.O.B) and Yoannes Tor (Young-Tok), who have all met each other through the Sudanese Communities in Melbourne. These four young boys state that they have not only started this group because of the love and passions that they share for music, but to also promote cultural understanding and educate the community about their life experiences, and by doing this, they have inspired other Sudanese Hip-Hop groups to form. The A-MC's enjoy working together as a group to entertain audiences and they strongly believe that by voicing their opinions and sending messages to their listeners through songs, they could make even the slightest of differences.

The A-MC's have developed their talent since the initiation in 2007 and are currently rehearsing and training weekly at The Castle in Hemmings Park, Dandenong. They are proudly supported by the City of Greater Dandenong Youth Services and are mentored by Senior Youth Worker Nick Karlas. They have also been lucky enough to receive advice and help from the Melbourne based Hip-Hop duo Diafrix. They stay true to the fact that by recording songs and performing to the public, they are blessing the Sudanese Communities with good reputation, recognition and appreciation.

In terms of audio tracks, the A-MC's are currently working on their long awaited debut E.P titled “The Esenadus Dream”, Esenadus meaning ‘Sudanese’ backwards. The E.P is set to have 5-7 original songs composed by the A-MC’s themselves and produced on FL Studio by the group’s producer, 18 y.o New Zealander Danny Williams. “The Esenadus Dream” E.P has been recorded at Stronghorn Studios, Oakleigh.
