Casson "Kay" Coffey,born and raised in Detroit Michigan, in a family full of talent. Kay grew up listening to his dad and cousins making music and fell in love with it. He starting creating his own rhymes at the age of 8 years old. He was born different then the rest of his family; he was albino. Growing up in Detroit with white skin was not always easy for him, he had a lot to prove! He never wrote any of his lyrics down, his unique and raw talent of creating and remembering everything right off his head. Still to this day he uses this technique.
