ACOUSTIC FUSION Acoustic Fusion is a musical partnership between BMI songwriter and award winning lyricist Howard C. Holbert and Gil Garcia. In this partnership Howard does the writing of the initial idea for a song then Gil composes the music for the lyrics sometimes adding or refining them along the way.
