Louie Castelli (aka Lil Louie C) was born on October 1, 1992 in South Philly. Although he showed an interest in music and performing at a very young age, he started to focus on rap at the age of 10. At the age of 14, he met producer Mike Fazio who recognized Louie C's potential, mentored him and allowed him to use his studio to record.
